Refund policy

No Returns or Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. All sales are final.

Shipping Labels:

If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping label. Please contact us at ellebymichelle@gmail.com to request a return slip and receive instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at ellebymichelle@gmail.com so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products), cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items are final.

Refunds:
