Entries must be received before the promotion closing time.

WHO CAN ENTER?

The promotion is open to eligible entrants who:

Are Australian residents;
Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry;
Follow @michajewelry.co on Instagram;
Follow @double8production on Instagram; and
Complete one of the eligible entry methods described above.

Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of Micha Jewelry, Double 8 Production, and persons directly involved in administering the promotion may be excluded from entering.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant's eligibility before confirming the winner.

THE PRIZE 🏆

There will be ONE (1) winner.

The winner will receive:

TWO (2) VIP TICKETS

to the Friday Sydney performance of Kadim Al Sahir.

The winner and their one guest will also receive:

EXCLUSIVE BACKSTAGE ACCESS AND A MEET & GREET WITH KADIM AL SAHIR.

The prize is for:

1 winner + 1 guest only.

The backstage experience is subject to the requirements and instructions of Double 8 Production, artist management, venue management, security and production personnel.

THE MEET & GREET

The meet & greet forms part of the prize and is subject to artist management and production requirements.

The winner and their guest must follow all reasonable instructions provided by:

Double 8 Production;
Artist management;
Venue staff;
Security personnel; and
Event/production staff.

The time, location and duration of backstage access and the meet & greet will be determined by the event and production team.

The Promoter cannot guarantee any additional interaction with the artist beyond the confirmed meet & greet experience.

HOW THE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED

One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Draw date: Monday, 16 November 2026

The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or an authorised representative.

Every eligible entry will have a chance to be selected.

The more eligible entries an entrant has, the more entries they have in the draw.

IMPORTANT — KEEP YOUR CONTACT DETAILS UPDATED

The winner will be contacted by telephone.

Please make sure the phone number and email address associated with your Micha Jewelry order/customer information are accurate and up to date.

We may also contact the winner by email if necessary.

If we cannot contact the selected winner, or the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

WINNER VERIFICATION

Being selected in the random draw does not automatically mean the entrant has won.

The selected entrant must first be verified as eligible.

The Promoter may check:

The entrant's identity;
Their contact details;
Their Instagram account;
Whether they follow @michajewelry.co;
Whether they follow @double8production;
Whether their entry was valid;
Whether a purchase entry relates to a genuine qualifying order; and
Whether the entrant has complied with these Terms & Conditions.

If the selected entrant does not meet the requirements:

Their entry will be declared invalid and another eligible entry will be drawn.

The redraw process may continue until an eligible winner is confirmed.

PURCHASE ENTRIES

For every qualifying order placed through the official Micha Jewelry website during the Promotion Period:

20 entries will be allocated to the purchaser.

The purchase must be a genuine transaction for Micha Jewelry products at their normal retail value.

Cancelled, fraudulent, reversed or fully refunded orders may not qualify.

If an order is subsequently cancelled or refunded, the Promoter reserves the right to remove the entries associated with that order.

KADIM DISCOUNT CODE

The promotional code: KADIM

is an exclusive discount code for Micha Jewelry customers during the promotion.

The applicable discount and any conditions attached to the discount will be displayed at checkout or in the relevant promotional material.

Using KADIM is NOT a condition of entry.

If a customer makes a qualifying purchase but forgets to use KADIM, they will still receive their 20 giveaway entries.

FREE INSTAGRAM ENTRIES

A free entry does not require a purchase.

To receive one free entry, the entrant must:

Follow @double8production; and
Tag a friend in a comment on the official Micha Jewelry giveaway post.

Each eligible comment constitutes one entry.

Comments must be genuine and comply with Instagram's rules.

The Promoter reserves the right to reject comments that are:

Automated;
Fraudulent;
Offensive;
Misleading;
Duplicate/spam activity;
Created through prohibited methods; or
Otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions or Instagram's rules.

MULTIPLE ENTRIES

There is no stated limit on the number of eligible entries an entrant may receive during the Promotion Period, provided each entry complies with these Terms & Conditions.

For example:

1 Micha purchase = 20 entries

plus

5 eligible Instagram comments = 5 entries

equals: 25 total entries.

TRAVEL & OTHER COSTS

Unless expressly stated above, the prize does not include:

Flights;
Accommodation;
Transport;
Parking;
Food or beverages;
Travel insurance;
Personal expenses; or
Any other costs associated with attending the event.

The winner and their guest are responsible for their own travel to and from the event and any expenses not expressly included in the prize.

TICKETS & EVENT CONDITIONS

The VIP tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticket issuer, venue and event organiser.

The winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and event conditions.

The Promoter is not responsible for changes to venue policies, seating arrangements, event schedules or other matters determined by the event organiser or venue.

EVENT CANCELLATION OR CHANGES

If the event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or materially changed due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to work with the relevant event organiser to provide an alternative arrangement where available.

The Promoter cannot guarantee the availability of the artist, a particular performance time, venue arrangement or meet & greet schedule where circumstances outside the Promoter's control require changes.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE

The winner must respond to the Promoter within 2 days of the first attempted notification.

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the contact details provided.

If the winner:

Cannot be contacted;
Does not respond within 2 days;
Cannot satisfy the eligibility requirements; or
Is otherwise disqualified,

the prize may be forfeited and a redraw may be conducted.

Any redraw will be conducted from the remaining eligible entries.

Double 8 Production is involved in the provision/coordination of the VIP ticket and meet & greet experience.

The backstage experience is subject to the requirements of Double 8 Production, artist management, venue management and event production.

PRIVACY

Micha Jewelry may collect and use entrant information for the purposes of:

Processing and recording entries;
Conducting the promotion;
Verifying eligibility;
Contacting the winner;
Delivering or coordinating the prize;
Communicating with entrants regarding the promotion; and
Complying with applicable legal requirements.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Micha Jewelry's Privacy Policy.

By entering the promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being used for the administration of this promotion.

Micha Jewelry will not sell entrant information to third parties.

WINNER PUBLICITY

Subject to applicable law and the winner's consent where required, Micha Jewelry may ask the winner to participate in reasonable promotional content relating to their prize experience.

This may include photographs, video, testimonials or social media content.

The winner is not required to purchase any additional products to receive the prize.

DISQUALIFICATION

The Promoter may disqualify an entrant if it reasonably believes that the entrant has:

Breached these Terms & Conditions;
Provided false or misleading information;
Attempted to manipulate the promotion;
Used fraudulent or automated methods;
Created fraudulent customer accounts or orders;
Submitted invalid entries;
Attempted to interfere with the operation of the promotion; or
Engaged in conduct that may compromise the fairness or integrity of the promotion.

CHANGES TO THE PROMOTION

The Promoter reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Any material changes will be communicated to entrants as required by applicable law.
